Serving as both the Executive Producer and Co-chair of the Inaugural Committee for both these key events, Halpern was part of the planning, production, and execution of multiple inaugural festivities including the solemn swearing-in ceremonies for the Mayor, the Atlanta City Council, and the Municipal Court of Atlanta.
